Some question setters seem to have forgotten that Vietnam was two countries from 1945 to 1975. It's not enough to ask who was the President of Vietnam in this period; if asking about Ho Chi Minh, you must either specify North Vietnam or the Democratic Republic of Vietnam. South Vietnam (the Republic of Vietnam) had four different leaders in this time; none of them was ever as famous as Uncle Ho, and nor were their names so pronouncable to the English–speaking tongue; so you're unlikely to get asked about them in a quiz. But this doesn't excuse sloppy question setting.
